I have wrestled and wrestled with this. Word bookmarks don't work with HTML
links. If you display a Word document in an HTML frame, Word doesn't even
recognize its own links to bookmarks (such as in a generated table of
contents.)

The only way around it I have found is to create a bunch separate word
documents, the beginning of which will be where you want the bookmark.

You could also save the document at HTML, then insert bookmarks, but that
might defeat the purpose. And for heaven's sake, don't try creating "Web
Page" with Word 2000. You'll get the most atrocious XML and use up a large
of your hard drive to house such atrocity.

If anyone else has an answer for this, I want to know too.
