encryption Adobe uses on their PDF files.
Sure is great, now that the Cold War is over, to see America
showing the Russians how Freedom of Speech works!
The legislation involved is the US DMCA, an act that makes it
illegal to disseminate tools for circumventing access controls
on copyright material.
