How to make a HTML file to DOC or RTF file?

Dear members,

I have a problem with working going.
Our company uses Trados 3 for translation and build TM (translation memory).
And now I have a project about making On-line help formatted HTML.

The problem is...
To build a TM, I need DOC or RTF file.
So I used ITP filter fack to convert html to rtf, but problem start here.
ITP convert English well, very well. But Korean is not, not at all... :(

Source file is written in korean,
so please let me know how to how to convert html to doc/rtf without breaking
tags.
Or useful filter pack and where can I get that.
( I have no idea where can I get other filter pack)

Pleeeeeeeeeeease help me...
