Claire,

The crop marks are applied _outside_ the final page dimensions. In order
to squeeze them onto the printed sheet from your desktop printer,
Acrobat reduces the entire image area to fit onto the sheet size you are
printing.

In the Acrobat print dialog, uncheck the Fit to page box.

You may also have to fiddle with the paper size at some point in the
chain, in order to have a film size that is larger than the final trim
size.

These can be annoying problems to track down, but at virtually every
step you are specifying an output size that becomes the input for the
next step, so if you just start at the beginning and work through the
chain, you should be able to find it.
