Does anyone else find this maddening?

In my current job, I support over 100 developers. In the past 2 years, I
have developed 22 Web help systems, 15 Web sites, 10 manuals, 5 WinHelp
systems, 2 HTML-based help systems that I coded and indexed by hand (one
with over 200 topics), and one workshop with training materials.

If I had stayed at my previous job for 10 years, I would not have the skills
that I gained in my current job. How can I convince recruiters to look at
the quality of my experience and skills, and not just the length of time
that I've officially had the title "Technical Writer"?
