To add to your reply. Warm and Fuzzy is purely a matter of perception.
Not too long ago a client complained that a document was too long. I
felt that it could not be shortened without a serious loss of content.
Rather than meet him head on, I reprinted the document, using a smaller
font and narrower margins. The client accepted the revision, saying that
this was more like what he wanted. It seems that having said something
in a moment of haste, all he needed was a graceful way out.
