I try to be upbeat about myself and my profession. When I would say what I
did (write computer manuals), I would often get back two responses; over time
I devised two responses:
"Computer manuals? I hate them."
"You haven't read *mine*" *^)
"Ugh! I hate writing!"
"And I thank God for people like you. You keep me employed" 8^)
