"Bulletin" sounds good to me. "MEDSTAT MEMO" has the advantage of
alliteration.
One other thought about this sort of thing: it's better to get it out there
than to get it perfect. You can always refine the title and format later.
The main thing that will affect whether people read it is not the title,
but whether it has information they find useful. The title could be
"Monday Morning Blah", but if it has stuff people really want to read,
they'll read it. (And if it doesn't, the title and/or format won't save it.)
