The University of Massachusetts at Lowell has some great online courses. I
have taken several online courses through the university, such as HTML and
JavaScript, and been very impressed. I think they have a Web certification
track, but I don't know how many of those courses are online.

For more information, go to UMass Lowell Continuing Education Web site at
http://www.uml.edu/dce.

I hope this helps.
Christina
