Has anyone enrolled in the Penn State or Walden Institute online webmaster
certificate programs, and if so, could you let me know what you think? Or
has anyone enrolled in an online webmaster or web design certificate program
that you would recommend? I'd prefer one that has an accessible human
instructor and doesn't rely primarily on multiple-choice quizzes for most of
the exercises.
Thanks for your help.
