This thread sounds to me like a terrific argument for having a Technical
Writer write the job descriptions. How many positions go unfilled because
HR advertised for a programmer when what they really needed was a writer,
or required a Master's Degree and 5 years experience for an entry-level
position? Who better to interview the hiring manager and find out *exactly*
what the position requires, then translate it into an attractive job ad?
