MSF?

Can anyone tell me what's so special about Microsoft Solutions Framework?  
I've looked it up and read about it, and it's all very well.  But there's a 
client here in L.A. that is absolutely firm that any applicant MUST have 
experience in MSF.  Can I safely claim slight famililarity if I've read up 
on it thoroughly, or is it something you really have to be trained in?

There are only about 6 TW jobs up in the L.A. area right now, and this is 
one that's been open for almost a month now.  Everything else on their list 
of requirements is perfectly ordinary.  So what's the big deal?
