We use and recommend ForeHelp; see www.ff.com

I strongly recommend ForeHelp, too. I just don't like the deceptive way RoboHelp does business. They kept sending me postcards promising a FREE system, FREE trial, etc. -- but, each time, when I called, I learned that I must first pay them almost a thousand dollars. So it sure wasn't FREE, and that was a horribly deceptive come-on. Nevertheless, not having heard of any comparable programs, I went to RoboHelp's site actually planning to buy the product -- only to find that, at least at that time, there was NO mention of cost. When I E-Mailed them to request the information and ask if they had a brochure, they refused to send a brochure (strange when they want so much money!) and got very cagey when I asked about the cost. After a while of this, I realized that if that's the way they treat POTENTIAL buyers, heaven help the poor sucker who already owns the product. And that sure isn't the kind of company *I* want to deal with. YUCK.

In contrast, everyone at Forehelp has been extraordinarily helpful and it is a sensational product. I very highly recommended.
