Gordon & Gordon gave a presentation on white papers at the Chicago STC
Conference. Much like yourself, we were looking into the question: are there
any industry standards or conventions for white papers?

You can download a PDF that sums up our research called "The Art of the
White Paper" from our Web site at
http://www.gordonandgordon.com/STC_Chicago.html

There are several references and Web links at the back of this paper.
