RE: Word doc - Headers - Field Codes

You need to Insert-->Field.  On the left, choose Links and References; on
the right, choose Styleref.  Click the Options button.  Select the Styles
tab.  Highlight the style you want and click Add to Field.  Click OK until
you're out.
