Ned - Whoa there, Nelly! Bob made it clear that Sun had hired him as an
employee (and he's been that way for several years), and that they allowed him
to work at home because of a medical situation. He has a track record of
several years of this relationship, and fulfills all the requirements of being
an employee. There is NO danger of any governmental agency successfully coming
back and saying that he's an independent contractor. Even if he furnishes his
own computer.
