LOL! I had this EXACT thing happen to me. I ended up
hand-carrying the box to my FedEx center and having
the employee there finish ripping the airbill into its
pieces and wrapping it up - all because of that
warning.
Your theory was dead-on, Tracy, at least with this
user. And yes, he and I shook our heads over the
instructions, which I showed him. I was sure grateful
for the quick turnaround otherwise.
