Apparently half of our developers once worked on the ERWin product at
LogicWorks so I asked one of them.

Depending on the version of ERWin you may have a utility called ERWin Web
publisher which converts your diagram (including annotations) into PDF. This
utility used to be a separate cost then at one point it was given away with
ERWin.

In ERWin 4 there is something called the Report Template Builder. In the
"RTB" as it's known, you can save ERWin diagrams as JPG or HTML.

Then the developer suggested that if those two options are not available in
your version of ERWin, you could always take screen shots.... <g>
