<query>
I need to send an HTML mail (with tables and department logo etc.) to
people who have Outlook 97, which doesn't support html mail. Do you have
any suggestions for a workaround?
</query>

Can you use the "multipart/alternative" option?

You can produce your e-zine in both text and html (put the text version
first). Mail clients that support HTML will pick up the HTML version. Those
that do not will pick up the text.

That is the theory, at least.
