Is anyone successfully

Yep. We define a special file name marker in Frame and use it to specify the name
of the generated .html file. Then our developers use a naming convention (based
on the name of the ui screen) to target the name of the .html file from the ui.

It works. It's a little manual, but we were in a big hurry (news?). And it does limit
the granularity of your help to the screen. But you could add help links to add to
the granularity if you need it--our was one help link per screen.

Is it usable? I'll let you know after we test!

We haven't been doing translation work on this material, so I'll leave your other questions to those more qualified to answer.
