My reference to the code comes from an article in the May 2000 issue
of Technical Communication (Role Conflicts in Office 97).

My best recommendation for actual software would be a visit to the
Microsoft web site and look for an Office 97 service release dated
after October 1998--when MS presented the code.

Instructions for uninstalling Clippy are in MS knowledge base article
