I seem to have an aversion to using shorthand like ">" to indicate menus.
I'm not sure why, but it just seems clumsy to me. We write it out and we
begin with the top menu and work down:

>From the Edit menu, choose Copy.

>From the Report menu, choose Tenant, then Directory.
