Wow, Kent! You must have a great memory! And you get to work on products
that actually exist at the time you're working on them?!!!
Even when I get a chance to do real-hands-on information development with a
prototype product, I have to take notes of what transpires. And getting info
from the devos ahead of time makes my hands-on time more productive.
