Being asked to do more than originally hired for? Nah,
it never happens! *g*

Consider the following:

* if any writers oppose, and this seems to be the
case, voice the opposition objectively. You deserve to
be heard without detriment.

* ask for a written and approved job description, with
salary ajustment if necessary (will you be
traveling/required to dress more professionally/be
responsible for more things/etc...)

* Make certain your task as trainer is not piled onto
your workload in addition to your TW responsabilities
without lessening the TW responsabilities or
lengthening the project time for deliverables.
