Ah! A trick question! The ideal help is an intuitive
GUI which requires no support! :)

Information about the product, its architecture, and
how it works.

I think it's very important to note that the purpose
of Help is *not* to teach you how to use the
application from soup to nuts. The purpose is to
provide information when necessary to aid you in your
work.
