Avram,

I have had a little bit of experience with NSight. Specifically, this is
what happened:

Last year, I was working at a small North Shore (of Massachusetts)-based
software company. Our small group of documentation specialists needed a
basic HTML course to get us all on "the same page." Our manager was a former
employee of NSight, and thus contacted them to set up an inhouse training
session. This session ended up being canceled, due to the instructor being
ill. However, the class was rescheduled fairly promptly.

When the session took place, the instructor ran it very smoothly and
professionally. The quality of the instruction was top-notch. (For instance,
he was able to customize the session to meet our needs and advise us on
specific issues we were having.) The take-away materials were very good, and
he left us with several excellent web links and resources from which we
could build on our fledgling experience in the world of web doc creation
(some of which I still use). All in all, the session went very well and
satisfied our objectives.

Based on my experience with NSight, I would recommend them. Sorry to hear
that things have not worked out for you with them--don't know if things have
changed over there so that this sort of (dis)service has become a pattern,
or if they are simply off their game. Either way, if you are not satisfied,
it may be time to cut your losses and look elsewhere for someone who can
deliver. There are several other good training vendors in Eastern Mass--for
instance, my current employer (a new one from last year!) almost exclusively
sends us doc specialists to Interactive Factory on Congress Street in Boston
(http://www.ifactory.com/) for HTML/Java/software training, with whom we've
had good experiences.

Good luck!
Tricia
