RE: TOC to Text

Another option would be to generate the TOC, copy it and do a Paste Special
(Edit menu), selecting "Unformatted Text."  I do this when I need to copy
cross-referenced information into other documents. This way, I preserve the
text and avoid a "Reference not found" error.
