Emily Cotlier wants opinions on keeping CBT in-house: "It seems to me that
it would be better inthe long run to invest in a tool and create the CBT
deliverables in-house, as far as keeping the knowledge in the company goes.
I'd love to know other
people's opinions on this."

We are in the process of developing our first computer-based and web-based
training package. Our strategy is to let an outside firm develop the initial
course and lay the groundwork for the entire project, then bring it in-house
and let me develop from there (in addition to writing online help and
creating software demos, but hey, it's job security).
