TOC in a Word Form

Anyone know how to get a TOC to automatically regenerate in a LOCKED form in 
MS Word?
I've created a fill-in-the-blanks-type form (in Word) that has a TOC. I can 
manually regenerate it by unlocking the form, but I need to know if there's 
any way to have it automatically update if the topics get pushed onto other 
pages. Since I'm in Digest mode, please reply directly to me.
