Hmmm ... I was thinking that HR-folk could use a bit more training in
I once had a recruiter complain to me because s/he couldn't open the
zipped copy of my resume I sent her ... and then couldn't understand the
simple instructions I sent her on decompressing it ... but that's
another subject (sent her a decompressed copy and she was happy).
