I am not sure if this will work with FrameMaker 6.0, but you will find a
number of plugins at - the one I refer to below is
under "Power Tools II".

Cudspan's Paragraph Whopper is a free plugin which lists all unused
paragraph formats and lets you select which ones to delete. He also has some
other free utilities.
