I do have a sense of humor. Still, my preference for such blank pages is the
rather serious:

"NOTES:"

Or you could get creative and say:

"Use this page for writing notes."

Not only does it solve the problem of forcing chapters to end on even pages,
but it provides something useful to the reader and is a feeble attempt to
make a static, paper document more interactive.
