Frame + WebWorks Publisher most emphatically does not produce results like
Doc2Help. WWP is far less restrictive and far more customizable (through
WWP's internal macro language and the use of regular expressions).

I want to second DK's comments here. I've used all four products (various versions of each), and I can truthfully say that the Frame/WebWorks Publisher combination works best for converting print to online formats.

If I were developing help only, I'd go with RoboHelp or ForeHelp. I'm not a fan of Doc2Help.
