You may want to check the tool you use to create the web pages. Some of them
have a tool to calculate this.
For example, HomeSite 4.5 has a document weight option that is accessed from
the Tool menu. It calculates the download time for the web page (with all
the graphics) for 14.4, 28.8 and 56k connections. Obviously this is just an
estimate in ideal conditions, but gives you a good starting point.
