You're going to get a wide variety of responses because there is no
"industry standard." You'll probably have to be satisfied with "it
depends"...on these and other factors:

1. Your budget for tools
2. The size, quantity, and detail of your user docs
3. The depth of your current application's penetration in your organization
4. The preferences of internal non-tech writing users (they will need
internal documents, too)
5. About a hundred other factors
