I mouse left-handed to relieve the strain of repetitive stress on my
right hand, and I've been doing it for so long that I just automatically
translate "right-click" to left click. My assumption as a writer has
been, as you said, that anyone who's mousing "corrie fisted" is going to
understand that they need to reverse the buttons, so I use "right-click"
when I'm writing.

It does confuse right-mousing people using my computer when I tell them
to "right-click".

Then again, I may have played too much left-handed Minesweeper when that
was one of the only games on my old 386.
