FWIW....
According to my textbook from last term (Reporting Technical Information, 9th
ed.):
*Include a list of illustrations immediately after the table of contents.
*Include a list of illustrations if your document has five or more
illustrations.
*Illustrations are bar, circle, and line graphs, photographs, line drawings,
flowcharts, and tables.
