as always, depends on the users you're addressing, and their familiarity w/
various web conventions. Some will get the idea that, for example, a blue
underlined "Top" will take them to the top of the page. Others will have no
clue, and need to be told exactly where to click in order to get somewhere.
And some folks like to place navigation hyperlinks on "button"ish images, so
as to reinforce the idea that these are clickable thingies.
