Hi Techwhirlers,

Is anybody out there involved with writing/editing/updating Service Level
Agreements (SLAs)?

We have some but we are looking around to see if we can improve what we
have.

Specifically I'm looking for information, templates, samples, Web resources,
and other resources about SLAs for Web-hosting, application hosting, and
similar business arrangements.

I would appreciate any information you could provide or point me toward.

Thanks.

H. Jim Hager
