Herm, et al.,

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "business coaching," but I recently did
a short presentation on Mentoring (specific to TC), and my research turned
up a lot of resources under that topic. I agree that the quality of writing
can be pretty variable, but most of the authors are not professional
writers. Harvard Business School was big on that, and you'd likely find some
well-written articles in the archives of the _Harvard Business Review_.

For anyone who's interested, I'd be happy to share the PowerPoint version of
the presentation. Please reply off-list.
