I'm 31, but I know the answer to most of your questions, and I'm probably
going to refute the answer given by most people to one of them.

The most important holiday of the Christian calendar is Easter. Christmas
is just the most popular.

As for that last question, it was the only one I was not sure about. Are
you looking for a laundry list of all the countries involved or just the key
players.

Your questions could probably use a little better clarification.

This subject reminds me of my favorite example question from the infamous
1980's Arkansas teacher competency test:

"Does England have a 4th of July?"
