The questions strike me as survey-like, rather than requests for facts that
can be dug up elsewhere. ("What is RoboHelp?," e.g.) Unless I'm missing
something (all too probable, sadly), pzhu is doing his own research, and
getting his answers as directly as possible, precisely by posting these
questions.
