Happy Thursday whirlers ...

I've been asked to look into consulting companies capable of providing WBT
for my company's webconferencing and web collaboration products. The two
specific companies mentioned were Active Education (www.activeeducation.com)
and Digital Think (www.digitalthink.com).

Has anyone had any experience dealing with these two companies? Or with
hiring out WBT development?

My team has the capability to do this work, but we're suffering from a
bandwidth problem ... hence the request to look into hiring consultants. My
concern is finding someone who is familiar enough with our technology (web
conferencing) to be able to take our products, play quickly, and understand
enough to come up with detailed task analyses and outlines that we can then
critique. If my team needs to come up with the task analyses and outlines,
I'm thinking we might as well do everything in-house.

Any help or advice y'all can provide is greatly appreciated!
