I've seen many forms of "e" dash something and have to say that as long
as you are consistent throughout your documentation, pick one format
and stay with it. I think E-, E, e-, and e fall into the same category
as grey/gray and other words with common alternatives. The main issue
is consistency. Personally, I like capital "E" without the hyphen.
