In today's environment e-Whatever is a buzzword, not a technical term.
Use it however your Marketing Department says to use it (unless you've got a
trademark on it, then talk to your lawyers).

I am working on a document that uses the terms
"E-deploy" and "E-payment." Now, if I'm reading MoS
correctly, "e" should only be used to stand for
"electronic."

I can see "electronic payment," but "electronic
deployment?"

Any thoughts on when to use "e"?

TIA,
mike w.
