Funny, that part is attractive to me, at least under certain
condtions. I like a team when you can trust everyone on it, and
everyone's consulted about the project. I don't think that writers
as a whole do well on teams, especially the very bad and the very
good ones. Many writers are used to working alone. The very bad ones
feel threatened by working on a team, while the very good ones
dislike having to tell someone what to do almost as much as they
dislike being told what to do themselves.
