Seems to me that when an item follows a colon, the
item that follows should be capitalized. I am seeing

either...
Any input?

As I learned it, if whatever follows the colon is a complete sentence, then
capitalize the first letter of the first word after the colon (as you would
in a sentence). If it's not a complete sentence, lower case it.
