Except there's only one Web and yes, it's capitalized. I think it's up
to us to follow the conventions Tim Berners-Lee established. See
Chapter 1 from his book "Weaving the Web" or just the book title.
Here's a trivia question for you: What was the name of Tim's first
browser? The answer is on the History page, but I won't say where.
