Hardly proof that all processes and methodologies are bad, just that badly
implemented ones are risky. Having a process or methodology in place is
never going to replace good "leadership, control or focus". A good, well
developed and adaptive process, however, can enhance those qualities and
help produce the results an organization wants. I would argue that it was
just as likely a lack of these qualities, not a "process" that killed this
company.
