Our rules are the following:

* Internet is capped because it is short for the
proper-noun name of an official protocol.

* "Web" is capitalized when referring to the World Wide
Web ("The www.raycomm.com Web site is outstanding"). It
is lowercase when used generally ("Don't use the blink
command on your web pages").
